On Thin Ice

Here is a timely article that will break up the flyball political discussion and may actually help someone. Christopher, on the Border Wars website has put together and excellent article on surviving a fall though ice and you can read his article On Thin Ice here.

December 21 marks the winter solstice, and some parts of the country are already experiencing freezing temperatures where ponds, lakes, and standing water are starting to freeze over. I live in the Southeast, the “Deep South,” so the only time we see ice is in our refrigerator freezers, but Christopher has included a brochure about Dog CPR. I never even knew that you could do the Heimlich maneuver on a dog, which is something good to know. Check it out!
