I blogged this and sent a donation. Man, I'm a sucker lately, first Luck Jack now Charlie. Tis the season for a little charity, no? Plus, I found this image of a Border Collie pup in the hands of an Iraqi soldier when I googled myself (Border Collie War) and it's sort of haunted me ever since. Why are there Border Collies in Iraq? If Katrina had such a devastating effect on dogs, what havoc must the insurgency be having on the dogs in Iraq? I wondered what ever happened to that cute little puppy. At least now I can rest a little easier thinking and hoping that she just might be on the next plane to America thanks to that program.
